What an amazing comic this is! I'm so happy I stumbled upon this. The animals look incredible and your style of drawing is very interesting. It's fascinating how the background of the last panel changes to geometric shapes instead of something resembling that of the first panel. I wonder why. Is there a source of inspiration for this? Another comic artist who also uses these kinds of effects?

@TheLazyBassist Thank you! ^___^
Sometimes i use geometric/abstract backgrounds just to save time. If i have already shown where things are happening, i don't have to draw the surroundings in every panel. The reader already knows how the surroundings look like. Another reason is i don't want to make the panels too busy with details, there has to be some space where the eye can rest.
I can't name any specific source of inspiration for this, i've seen many other comic artist use abstract backgrounds. It was something that came naturally, maybe because i've been doing a lot of mixed media art focused on characters, and for the backgrounds i have used all kinds of papers and crafting stuff.
